Dover has developed a new
Glass
Recycling Beneficiary System:
Available in three different sizes with processing production levels of
15, 30,
and 50 tons per hour. The system was developed as a
solution to the market concern about
ceramic and non-ferrous contamination with the end result being
enhanced beneficiating,
(quality), of glass. The Dover system has an upper picking line for
ceramics and materials not suitable for
crushing.
This high speed, extremely efficient, non-ferrous separation system is
of modular design. This is an improved process over
non-ferrous
materials separation systems presently in use.
Those systems show a waste separation factor of less than 5%.
Dover has been producing engineered
materials handling products for the glass
industry for over 40 years. Dover engineers and manufactures
heavy-duty transfer conveyor systems for
municipal waste and industrial scrap.
