Combo-Flite™ Conveyors feature
a combination of a PVC-impregnated, tightly woven,
load supporting, heavy-duty, polyester belt, and a
chain/roller assembly. This type of conveyor is best used in
conjunction with pit loading bulk materials off floor level.
The Combo-Flite™ conveyor can bring the material, fully
contained,
up and into balers, compactors, sorting stations, or feed points of
other destinations that are above ground. The
Combo-Flite™
conveyor is well-suited for an installation requiring a "ZEE"
configuration; a lower horizontal in a pit, rising up to a level suited
for the application, and then leveling off at an upper horizontal of
any length. Nose-overs are also available to meter material
off the end of the head sprockets, eliminating a bulky drop of material
into the specified destination. This is a conveyor design
that combines the adaptability a steel belt conveyor has to its applied
configuration with the adaptability a standard belt conveyor has to the
nature of
the substance on the belt.

of single ply, interwoven, polyester fabric carcass that is impregnated
and
covered with polyvinyl-chloride (PVC). This is attached to ANSI
standard chain assemblies that ride on angle tracks. Parallel
UHMW-covered steel load bars facilitate smooth
belt travel and absorb impact shock.
